Seaford Christian Academy offers a preschool program designed to give your child a solid foundation for starting school. Through a structured and loving classroom, your child will be introduced to phonics, writing, language development skills, and most importantly, the Bible. Seaford Christian Academy's goal is to provide a Christian environment for children, while teaching them essential academic skills and character traits that will prepare them for kindergarten and elementary school.

Kindergarten
In Seaford  Christian Academy's kindergarten program, students learn in a wholesome environment. Using the phonics approach, students at SCA are given the most essential component in learning-the ability to read. Christian values and character are taught by caring teachers. Get ready to watch your child excel in a safe, structured academic program. You'll be amazed and impressed with how much your child will learn.

Using the nationally recognized A Beka Curriculum, SCA's kindergarten students are taught the skills of  writing. In math, students acquire skills to count up to one hundred. Adding, subtracting, telling time, recognizing and counting money are skills every kindergarten student learns. Science, social studies, and health are also vital subjects in each class. Daily Bible lessons are taught in such a way as to reach the heart of every kindergarten student and to build character. The education and training that your kindergarten student will receive at Seaford Christian Academy will set a foundation for a lifetime of learning.
Elementary
Seaford Christian Academy's elementary school grades form the basis for a solid academic foundation. Students enjoy learning in a traditional classroom setting focusing on the basics which will prepare them for the upper grades. Whether it is an art project or a research project, elementary students get a firm grasp on the essentials to help them be successful on the next level.

Each elementary grade has daily classes in Bible, math, phonics/ language, spelling, writing, as well as health, history, and science. First grade students learn sentence structure, while multiplication and division skills are taught in second grade. Parts of speech are introduced in third grade, and students learn to diagram sentences in grade four. Fifth grade students do a complete research paper in preparation for their middle school years.

Middle School
The transitional middle school years are vitally important in the development of every young person. With the beginning of adolescence, students need the security and encouragement that Seaford Christian Academy offers. Academically, students will be challenged and prepared for senior high school by taking courses that are intense-yet geared for the average student.

Whether it is spiritually, academically, and socially, everything is done in such a way as to prepare students for the secondary level. The experience of SCA's middle school includes more prominent field trips. With the academy's advanced core curriculum, students also tackle science projects, research projects, computer, art, music, and physical education. Middle school is a wonderful time to grow up and become a teenager at Seaford Christian Academy.
